Volunteer

We work with volunteer groups and individuals from all over the country, many returning every year. Some groups come to us through an organization called Youthworks http://www.youthworks.com that offers a one week long program for eight weeks in the summer. Other private high schools and colleges volunteer over spring break and during the summer or fall break. We always make sure our volunteers understand how the work they are doing fits into the vision of what we are creating here, and how what they learn here could be useful to take back and apply in their own communities.

The pandemic severely impacted the Navajo Reservation and drastically curtailed our volunteer program. Restrictions are being rolled back and life here is finding its new normal. Please contact us if you are interested in our volunteer opportunities.
